Once upon a time I wrote advertising at D'Arcy-St. Louis. Clients included TWA,
Uncle Ben's, Capital One Finance and Coca-Cola promotions. For D'Arcy's final
two years of existence I pitched new business exclusively, including bids for Coca-
Cola (global mainline brand), Sprint and ConAgra Foods.

Since D'Arcy shuttered in late 2002 I've served as Vice President, Marketing,
for an amazing group of people called Buddeez, Inc. This company was launched
from a friend's garage when his father invented the "Bread Buddy," the world's
only storage dispenser for fresh bread. We've since grown our product line to
include a fun mix of storage dispenser solutions for dry pantry goods. Our patented
dispensers for coffee, cereal, sugar, pet foods and more are marketed through
major retailers across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Since 2003, Buddeez' Sales VP and I have have helped grow our annual top-line
sales nearly 400% to $7.9 mil. We've initiated and leveraged licensing partnerships
with General Mills and Clorox; launched promotional marketing ventures with
Nestle Purina, Hill's Science Diet and Royal Canin; and have recently transitioned
our core product lines into private label brand programs at Walmart, Aldi, Lowes,
Petsmart and Petco.
While I've been fortunate to enjoy a wide range of business experiences over
the past few years, I am currently investigating a return to my former career and
first love, advertising. I look forward to applying my diverse creative skills,
business development knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset to your agency's
challenging assignment to grow.
